About Us

MJA Vineyards is a small family owned winery in Santa Cruz, California. We specialize in Napa Valley Cabernet, Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc & Santa Cruz Mountains Pinot Noir, offered from our Serene Cellars and DaVine Cellars selections.

Our tasting room is open daily from 12-6, and whether you prefer to enjoy your wine inside at the bar, or outside on the patio, it's a great place to hang out.

We wrap up each wine tasting with a most excellent cup of 100% pure Hawaiian Kona Coffee, a decadent treat that you can also purchase online - or take a pound home along with your favorite wine choice.

At MJA, we're big on customer service. You'll enjoy our friendly service, not to mention our wine club, coffee club and frequent wine events

Marin Artukovich got his start in the Kona coffee business in 1990 and after 16 years in the business decided to move to Napa Valley to focus on wine. He bought an estate on the side of Howell Mountain and spent 2 years renovating it.

It wasn't long before the ocean called and the new MJA Tasting Room was opened in March 2010. Soon Mikael Wargin, a local winemaker, was recruited to join the team.

Their shared love of wine makes it a great place to learn more about the appellation.
