Feeling like you’re always on the go, stuck in a never-ending loop of busyness? Take a mindful
pause and reconnect with yourself in this restorative two-hour workshop designed to help you
unwind and reset before the holiday rush.
You’ll learn simple, effective mindfulness and movement tools that actually work, even if your
mind feels too busy or you’ve tried mindfulness before without success. Leave feeling centered,
calm, and ready to implement tools for navigating life with more ease.
What to Expect:
- Mindfulness meditations inspired by MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction)
- A gentle somatic and mindful movement practice with breathwork for stress relief
- Practical tools to ease overwhelm and find balance
- Supportive community connection
Please dress comfortably for gentle movement and a restful 10-minute body scan meditation. The studio is equipped with bolsters, blankets and a few chairs. Please feel free to bring a mat or cushion if you prefer to sit on the floor.
