Los Gatos Women's Networking Group empowers and supports women business owners and leaders in the Los Gatos community by fostering meaningful connections, sharing resources, and providing opportunities for growth. Together, we aim to build a collaborative network that uplifts each other and drives success for all members.

Dina Britten, CPA, CFP® is the founder of Pacific Strategy Tax in Los Gatos, advising business owners and professionals on tax planning, compliance, and cash‑flow‑driven decisions. With 20+ years in financial services and more than a decade leading her own tax practice, she helps clients preserve income, protect investments, and avoid costly surprises across business growth, real estate, and life transitions.

Raised in post‑Soviet Russia, Dina built her career in the U.S. starting at Fidelity Investments and later earning a Master’s in Accountancy to deepen her tax expertise. She has served on the CalCPA board, mentored women in tax and finance through Financial Women of San Francisco, and supports local business as an Ambassador for the Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce. Clients value her clear explanations, strategic rigor, and trusted partnership—so tax conversations feel practical and empowering.



Kate Perkins is a Licensed Acupuncturist and trauma informed Somatic Healer. She has been in private practice since 2006 and maintains dual locations in Los Gatos and Aptos, California. She also facilitates Women’s Groups using the lens of Somatics to guide participants through their own journeys of self exploration and healing.

Kate grew up in the Bay Area and was introduced to Chinese Medicine as an undergraduate at San Francisco State University. At 19 she began interning in healing centers and acupuncture clinics in the city, solidifying her love of the healing arts and eventually inspiring her to become an acupuncturist herself.

Kate’s emphasis in the treatment room is on helping the client to build a relationship of trust with their own body as they heal. She also guides the client to grow their connection with the road map to their emotional body and spirit through Somatic exercises and meditation.
