Neighborhood Coffee, Walk & Talk

Most Mondays, I take a morning walk through the neighborhood as a way to reflect, move my body, and start the day intentionally. I'm opening that walk to the community.

This is a simple Coffee, Walk, & Talk. No agenda. no pressure. Bring coffee, tea, water or support a small business along the way.

We'll meet at 8:00 AM at Great Bear Coffee Roasting (Los Gatos), grab a beverage if you'd like, and begin walking together. For the first half of the walk, you'll be paired with a neighbor for conversation and shared reflection. After that, you're free to talk with anyone, or walk quietly if that's what you need.

We come together to start the day connected: to another human, to ourselves, and to our bodies.

P.S. This event is open to everyone. Not just members. Bring your spouse, partner or friends. Also, we are experiencing a colder climate right now. It can range between 38-50 degrees at that hour. Please dress warm. Light scarfs and beanies recommended.
