• WHEN IS THE EVENT?
The entire festival, including the Tasting Experience, takes place on Saturday, September 6, 2025 from 12:00–5:00 PM.
• WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH A TASTING WRISTBAND?
BITES AND LIBATIONS WRISTBAND: Includes one bite from each of 27 restaurants plus a 1 oz pour from each of 20 wineries. At check-in, you’ll receive your wristband, a stemless keepsake wine glass, and a map of all tasting locations. Please taste responsibly—sampling all 20 wineries is nearly equivalent to drinking a full bottle of wine.
BITES ONLY WRISTBAND: Includes one bite from each of 27 restaurants. Upon check-in you will receive a wristband and a map of all tasting locations.
• DO CHILDREN NEED A TASTING WRISTBAND?
Children who would like to sample the restaurant tastings will need their own Bites Only Wristband (sold separately). Parents may also share their own bites with children, or choose from the many delicious à la carte food items available for purchase at downtown restaurants. Please note: tastings are prepared in limited quantities, and additional portions cannot be provided.
• WHERE IS THE TASTING EXPERIENCE?
There are no outdoor food booths at this event. Bites will be served at participating downtown restaurants, each marked by a red flag outside their entrance. Wine tastings will be provided by local wineries inside participating downtown shops, each marked by a navy blue flag.
Guests will receive a printed tasting map at check-in and can also access a digital map via QR code for easy navigation to all tasting locations.
• WHERE IS CHECK-IN FOR THE TASTING EXPERIENCE?
To purchase or pick up Tasting Wristbands, check-in at one of two locations. Please bring your order confirmation (digital is fine) and your government-issued ID. We will check ID for ALL attendees. Must be 21+ to participate in wine tasting. Check-in will open at 11:30 AM (event begins at 12:00 PM).

• Old Town Los Gatos, 50 University Avenue
• WHERE CAN I BUY BEER?
Our Craft Beer Tap Truck, located in front of U.S. Bank at 127 N. Santa Cruz Avenue, will be open from 12:00–4:30 PM. Adults 21+ may purchase and redeem tickets for Loma Brewing and Hapa's craft beer. You will show your government-issued ID to secure a 21+ wristband, valid for beer only. Beer ticket sales ends at 4:00 PM, and all beer tickets must be redeemed at the Tap Truck by 4:30 PM per ABC regulations. Please plan ahead for possible lines. There are no refunds for unredeemed beer tickets. Prior year or other event beer tokens or tickets are not accepted for this event.
• WHAT IS FREE FOR ATTENDEES?
The live music areas; Family Fun Zone including carnival games and 30' Outdoor Rock Climbing Wall courtesy of El Camino Health; "Rest and Relax with Good Sam" Zone at Town Plaza Park; access to our craft beer tap truck; fun activations and swag at our community/business booths; and our strollable downtown pedestrian paradise are free for all to enjoy.
• IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
View public parking options here. Parking is limited in downtown with varying time limits. Please consider a rideshare service or taxi to the event, especially if you will be consuming alcoholic beverages.
• WHAT IS THE REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY?
This event will be held rain or shine. No refunds are available. However, Tasting Wristband orders may be transferred to another guest for this event only. To transfer, please call the Chamber at 408-354-9300. For security, ticket resale posts on our social media pages will be removed.
