DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Ribbon Cutting as we welcome Embodied Recovery to Los Gatos!\n\n\n\nAlongside the Ribbon Cutting\, Embodied Recovery is hosting an educational and networking event from 11am-4pm\, with author\, speaker and addiction specialist\, Dr. Alan Berger.  Dr. Berger will conduct a workshop on "Emotional Sobriety".  This workshop is intended to educate the community on healthier ways to handle difficult emotions and gain a better understanding of our attachment system.  \n\n \n\nThe Ribbon Cutting is at 5pm\, then Embodied Recovery will have a meet and greet open house.  Embodied Recovery will have select alumni speak about their experiences working with us\, as well as a possible appearance from the HeartMath Institute from Boulder Creek.\n\n\n\nEmbodied Recovery provides outpatient addiction treatment services in the heart of Los Gatos. They offer small group sizes of 6-8 clients per group\, which they've found is the ideal size for emotional processing work and building the therapeutic relationships necessary for personal transformation. Embodied Recovery facilitates a variety of educational\, process-oriented\, and evidence-based practices designed to disrupt unhealthy ways of living and create a life that is rich in meaning and purpose.
