State of the Town Address: Monday, Feb. 6 7:00pm Council Chambers 119 E. Main St. Biz Break: Tuesday, February 7 5-6:30PM California Cafe (Old Town) ___________________    CUBA The Chamber is exploring an opportunity to host a trip to Cuba in June, 2012 with Collette Vacations.  All of the details are not complete but we are gauging the interest of potential travelers.  The trip is an 8 day exploration leaving from San Francisco on June 3 to Miami and a charter flight from Miami to Havana, returning to SFO on June 11.  We are anticipating a price of approximately $4,500 with all airfare, hotels, meals, visa, insurance (except cancellation insurance) and tours included. There are a limited number of seats that will be available so if you are interested, please send an email to ronee@losgatoschamber.com indicating the number of people you would be traveling with before February 15.  ___________________      GRAND OPENING OF THE NEW LOS GATOS PUBLIC LIBRARY February 11 10 AM  Villa Ave. (Next to Town Hall)      A full schedule of the weekend's activities is available on the Town's website, www.losgatosca.gov.     Los Gatos kids from 5 to 12 years old are invited to enter a drawing to choose 5 lucky kids to be the first to enter the doors of the new Los Gatos Library during its Grand Opening on February 11, 2012. To enter, kids must complete and submit an official entry form. Entry forms are available at Town Hall, in the January 10 and 17 issues of the Los Gatos Weekly-Times, and by clicking here. They must be submitted by February 1, either at Town Hall or the Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce. A random drawing will be held at the February 6 Town Council meeting - you do not need to attend this meeting in order to win.
